I studied with the Scottish School of Professional Massage and began my training in 2005.  Once I had gained my diploma in Therapeutic and Foundation Remedial Massage I added to this with the diploma in Sports Massage.   In 2009 I began training in Manual Lymph Drainage.

I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (Level 4),  the Institute for Sports and Remedial Massage and MLDuk.  These professional bodies are vital as they provide a  potential client with the knowledge that their members are working at a consistently high level of expertise.  In addition to the massage work and Manual Lymph Drainage I am able to provide Indian Head Massage, Hyperton-X and Myofascial Release.

I am fully insured and have qualifications in Emergency and Sports First Aid.

I have worked  at various sporting events including the Edinburgh Rat Race, the Edinburgh Half Marathon and the Great Scottish Run in Glasgow.  I regularly wors with Peebles RFC and has been fortunate to be able to work with both the Scottish Womens Rugby Union team and the South African Springboks.
